The Communications Workers of America, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T share a vision that the growth and development of the individual is the key to success in a competitive worldwide marketplace. The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development was born out of this shared vision to serve as a resource for employees who want to take charge of managing their own lives. The Alliance mission is to support individual efforts to develop career and personal growth and to enhance employability thru continuous education.
